The Benidorm Holiday Lettings adventure started back in 1997 with the purchase of three apartments by the company founders, Pat and Clive. Since then the business has gone from strength to strength as more and more guests turn to self catering moving away from the traditional package holidays. We pride ourselves on offering quality accommodation, in and around the Benidorm area, at an affordable price.
So, if you have never done self catering before, why not try our services and join the many guests who have had a great time staying with us!
Our History
It all began back in 1997 and we have not look back ever since!
1997
Foundation
Our first three properties were purchased which were our Playmon Park 2-6, La Siesta 31 and Don Miguel II.
2012
Five Properties
This was the year when Playmon Park 13-5 along with our La Siesta 9 were added to our portfolio of properties.
2016
Eight Properties
A further three more properties acquired, our Playmon Park 13-3, Playmon Park 2-10 and the Playamar II in Albir.
2017
Eleven Properties
Our La Siesta 41 along with our La Siesta 4A and 4B apartments were purchased and refurbished.
2022
Thirteen Properties
Our Playmon Studio Suite along with the Playmon Twin Suite are purchased, bringing a total of thirteen properties available to rent.
